June 18th - Games Rained out
This week brought on a calmer version of last year's June 4th storm but still strong enough to completely cancel 3 of the 6 games before they could even begin. The other 3 games got through either most of the first half or completely through but none of them started the second half.
Per NFL rules, that the GFL adheres to with exception of the rules formed in the GFL rule book, all games have to be played in full regardless of time left unless the game is considered to be unwinable by one of the teams.
The league will be working on extending out the season by one week to allow for all games to be made up without having to play two games in one weekend. If the scheduling of this extra week cannot be done, teams will individually discuss alternative dates.
